Pedro Querejeta has two decades of experience building ultra-luxury custom homes, multi-family projects, and commercial properties, including marquee hotels and resorts.  He founded Floridian Builders, a Florida-based general contracting firm, in 2003, and as a Managing Principal of it, has overseen and managed the construction and development of dozens of projects includes the ultra-luxury Boca Beach House condominium project, Twenty One Ten Brickell, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort Pier Park, the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort’s expansion, and the world-renowned Puro Surf Hotel & Performance Academy in El Zonte, El Salvador, where Live The Dream brought together the passions of building, developing, surfing, and creating places that move people.
